We would like to pass on some information on the Board Of Directors nomination and election process. The offices of the Board of Directors is to be as follows:
DIRECTOR
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
TREASURER
SECRETARY
If you are interested in running for a position, or want to nominate someone to a position, you will want to be at the next meeting. To be able to vote on officer positions you will need to be a full voting member. A full voting member is a person who is a paid member and has worked a major event such as the Idaho Rally International. Those who are full voting members will want to attend the next meeting to be able to vote. Those who are not full members should be there to provide feedback.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BECOME A FULL VOTING MEMBER AND WORKED THE 2011 IDAHO RALLY YOU CAN APPLY FOR FULL MEMBERSHIP, PAY THE ONETIME LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP FEE ($25.00) TO BECOME A FULL MEMBER OF THE IDAHO RALLY GROUP. AN APPLICANT IS A NON-VOTING PROSPECTIVE MEMBER IF THEY HAVE PAID THE MEMBERSHIP FEE BUT HAVE NOT WORKED A MAJOR EVENT SPONSORED BY THE IDAHO RALLY GROUP INTERNATIONAL.
